Qué es

 

La Miastenia Gravis es una enfermedad neuromuscular autoinmune

Afecta a la conexión entre el nervio (motor) y el músculo (esquelético o voluntario) provocando debilidad y fatiga muscular de forma precoz

La definen 2 características típicas:

1. el carácter fluctuante (variable durante horas o el día)
2. mejora con el descanso y empeora con la actividad física (sobre todo si es intensa y mantenida en el tiempo)
